The 28-Day Challenge will run for 28 consecutive days and sessions will be delivered LIVE via zoom.
All zoom sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the members area at the conclusion of each class. So, if you are not able to attend the live session, you can log into the members area to access the replays anytime your schedule permits!
