Is this program available in my country?

The 28-Day Challenge is an online course that is available worldwide!

Will I be able to catch up if I miss any days?

The great thing about the online course is that you can go through the program at your own pace that suits your schedule and fitness level!

The sessions will be delivered live via zoom. However, all sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the members area at the conclusion of each class.
You can access the replays at any time and will remain accessible throughout the duration of your subscription to our program!

What will I need in order to access the course content?

All you will need is a computer or mobile device and an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to load a website and play videos! An email address is required in order to (1) book the course online, (2) receive access details and log into the private membership website, (3) receive periodic email notifications from us.

Having a Facebook account will enable you to join the 28-Day Challenge closed Facebook group so you can interact with fellow members. This is optional only but we highly encourage you to join our very active and inspirational Facebook community!

What sort of dances do you teach?

We teach all the grace and elegance from the Ballroom as well as the fire and speed of the Latin American dances. The two styles mixed together make the perfect combination for a dynamic high-calorie burning workout that tones every muscle in the body!

The class structure is all about enjoyment and not taking things too seriously, having a laugh in a fun and relaxed environment that is for all ages and levels, beginner to advanced. This is your opportunity to take a spin on the dance floor and learn famous dances such as the Cha Cha, Jive, Samba and much more.

What is the course schedule?

The 28-Day Challenge will run for 28 consecutive days and sessions will be delivered LIVE via zoom.

All zoom sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the members area at the conclusion of each class. So, if you are not able to attend the live session, you can log into the members area to access the replays anytime your schedule permits!

Is there an  age limit?

No, there is no age limit for you to benefit from this course.

How much is the course fee?

The course fee will be displayed in the order form found at the top of this page!

I have a medical condition. Can I still enroll?

Please note that we are unable to give medical advice or advise anyone with any medical condition or injury to use our program. It would be best to get approval from your healthcare provider as they will know your situation best and will be able to give you the best advice.

Can I download the course videos?

Our proprietary video content is only accessible via the DYF private membership website. The videos are non-downloadable nor are they available in DVD format.

Where can I watch the motivational talks?

Niall's foundation mindset talks will be available inside the members area of the private membership website. He also conducts a Facebook Live video periodically inside the 28-Day Challenge closed Facebook group where you can comment and interact with other members in real-time while Niall is LIVE!

Can I watch the videos on my TV?

Our GETTING STARTED guide will provide a how-to guide on how to mirror our website from your mobile device onto a TV. We provide a helpful guide for both iOS and Android devices.

How often can I access the course content?

Access to the videos and related course content will remain accessible throughout the duration of your subscription to the online course. You may watch the videos as many times as you wish and at any time your schedule permits.
