DIRECTIONS
A 3-minute walk from the Royal Canal Way's waterfront pathway and a 6-minute walk from the train station that is just off the M4 motorway making it one of the most accessible hotels in County Kildare.
By Air
Maynooth lies just 33km south-west of Dublin Airport, around 40 minutes travel time by car. Over 50 airlines operate from 170 destinations to Dublin Airport, with up to 600 flights per day. Visit the Dublin Airport website for flight details. AIRPORT HOPPER is a daily shuttle bus service to and from Dublin Airport. Further information and timetables are available at Airport Hopper.
By BusThe Glenroyal Hotel is served by two Dublin Bus routes – the C3 and the C4. Both of these buses depart from Merrion Square in Dublin and run frequent services to the town.
C3 travels from Dublin City Centre to Maynooth via Leixlip.
C4 travels from Dublin City Centre to Maynooth via Celbridge.
Both of these buses stop outside Hueston Station (heading to Maynooth - cross road and get bus outside HSE Offices). Frequency every 30 minutes.
The X25 and X26 are express services that travel to Maynooth via Leixlip. The X26 just changes slightly to go up Green Lane before going back on route. Peak times only.
Bus Eireann Bus Éireann operates daily services from: Athlone, Ballina, Galway, Longford, Mullingar, Sligo, Tuam and Westport.
By Car
The Glenroyal Hotel is 25km from Dublin city centre. Head west on M4, at Junction 7, take the R406 exit to Maynooth/Naas). At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Straffan Road/R406. Make two rights, then turn left. The Glenroyal Hotel will be on your right.
By Train
Maynooth lies on the Western Suburban railway line which serves the four Dublin city centre stations (Pearse Station, Tara St, Connolly Station and Docklands) as well as twelve other suburban stations; Drumcondra, Broombridge, Ashtown, Navan Rd. Parkway, Castleknock, Coolmine, Clonsilla, Hansfield, Dunboyne, M3 Parkway, Leixlip Confey and Leixlip Louisa Bridge, making it a quick and convenient way to get to the Glenroyal Hotel. This railway line also serves: Sligo, Collooney, Ballymote, Boyle, Carrick-on-Shannon, Dromod, Longford, Edgeworthstown, Mullingar, Enfield, Kilcock. The Glenroyal Hotel is right opposite the Maynooth train station and is only a 5 minute walk.

Q. What airport do I fly into?
You initial point of entry will be at Dublin Airport.
Q. What is the Refund Policy?
We will honour refund requests up to 30 days prior to the start of the one-day event. After this period lapses, which will be after the 13th of October, we will no longer be in a position to process refunds. To request a refund, email customer support at hello@danceyourselffit.com.
Q. Will the cost of the ticket cover accommodation, food and drinks?
The cost of the ticket does not cover accommodation. Your payment will cover Prosecco drinks upon arrival and the 5-course gourmet dinner during the DYF Ball.
Q. What happens if the Event is unable to happen due to COVID or any unanticipated restrictions that may arise that may affect the number of people that can be accommodated?
If we are unable to hold the event on the arranged date, we will postpone the event and reschedule it to a later date to be confirmed.
Q. Can I purchase a ticket onsite on the day of the event?
At this moment, all tickets must be purchased online in advance.
Q. Will DYF be responsible for booking hotel room/s on my behalf?
No, we will not be responsible for making any bookings. Please note that booking a ticket does not guarantee a room at the hotel. Booking a hotel room must be booked separately and will be your sole responsibility to arrange.

Q. How many People will be at this Event?
We are releasing 100 tickets for the event as part of the pre-launch. We will release more tickets on later dates.
Q. When will additional tickets be released for the event?
We do not have a confirmed timeline at this time but we will notify you as soon as more tickets can be made available for purchase.
Q. Is there an age limit to attend?
You must be at least 18 years old to attend the event.
Q. Do you have to be a DYF member in order to attend the event?
Invitations to the event will be sent to DYF members. However, if you plan on attending the event with a friend/partner/spouse/sibling/relative who is not a DYF member, it is totally fine to do so!
