Q. Where are the venues located?

Q. Will parking be available?

The Teresian School - Parking spaces are available at the school premises.

Grafton Capital Hotel - Parking is available at Q-Park St Stephens Green and at Drury Street, 36/27 Drury St, Dublin D02 YK20.

Q. What is the Refund Policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We will no longer be in a position to process refund requests since the event is scheduled to take place on the 25th of November and the venues already require us to finalise all arrangements in advance.

Q. Will the cost of the ticket cover accommodation, food and drinks?

MORNING SESSIONS - Ticket price is €25.00* per person.

EVENING SESSIONS - Ticket price is €50.00* per person.

The cost of the evening session ticket does not cover accommodation and drinks.

Finger food & live music entertainment are included in the evening session ticket price.

Q. When will tickets become available for purchase?

The EVENING SESSION ticket will become available for purchase starting from 10 am Irish Standard Time (IST) on Monday, 23rd of October.

Please note that you will only be able to purchase a MORNING SESSION ticket after you secure an EVENING SESSION ticket.

Any EVENING SESSION tickets that remain unsold by Friday, 27th of October, will be converted to MORNING SESSION tickets and will be made available for purchase separately for those who wish to attend the morning sessions only.

Q. Why are tickets for the MORNING SESSION ONLY being released on a later date?

This will allow those who are interested in attending the FULL DAY EVENT first priority to secure their tickets for both the morning & evening sessions, especially those who are traveling from overseas or from a long distance.

Again, any remaining unsold tickets will be converted to morning session tickets that can be purchased separately starting on the 27th of October for those who are only interested in attending the morning sessions.

Q. Can I purchase a ticket onsite on the day of the event?

Tickets are limited and must be purchased online in advance. We will not accept payment nor grant entry to those who attempt to purchase a ticket onsite on the day of the event.

 

Q. Is there an age limit to attend?

You must be at least 18 years old to attend the event.

Q. Do you have to be a DYF member in order to attend the event?

This is an event for DYF members. However, if you wish to purchase an additional ticket for a partner or friend, you are welcome to do so!
