4-NIGHT WELLNESS RETREAT

OPTION 1. ONE-TIME PAYMENT (Twin Room) (€947.00* per person)
OPTION 2. ONE-TIME PAYMENT (Single Room) (€1,147.00* per person)
OPTION 3. 6-MONTH INSTALMENT PLAN (Twin Room) (€1,097.00* per person @ €182.83 per month**)
OPTION 4. 6-MONTH INSTALMENT PLAN (Single Room) (€1,297.00* per person @ €216.17 per month**)
*Inclusive of taxes and service charges
*Prices are in Euro currency. Non-Euro payments will be converted to the prevailing currency exchange rate at time of booking
**First payment will be charged immediately upon booking
**Next five (5) payments will be auto-debited every 30 days from date of booking
IMPORTANT!
1. ALL BOOKINGS FOR THE EVENT MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH DANCE YOURSELF FIT.
2. Please note that if you book a room directly with Sol Marbella Estepona, we will not furnish separate pricing nor provide any means for you to pay for and participate in the planned wellness activities nor take part in the entertainment programs, meals and other inclusions as specified in the Schedule of Activities.
3. Furthermore, once the event is fully booked, we will no longer accommodate additional bookings. This includes any attempt by individuals who book the hotel directly with the intent of joining the Wellness Retreat.
4. Therefore, secure your event booking exclusively with Dance Yourself Fit only. We have strictly instituted a block booking arrangement with the hotel and will not accommodate any individuals who make external arrangements as described above.
5. By booking a TWIN ROOM, you agree to share the room with a fellow attendee. Please note that all twin rooms will have two single beds.
6. Dance Yourself Fit will be responsible in pairing you with a fellow attendee with whom you will share the room.
7. If you are attending the event with your spouse, partner, family member or friend, we will endeavour to pair you together in the same room.
8. EVENT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHTS NOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS TO AND FROM THE HOTEL.
9. Please refer to our REFUND POLICY below:
To request a refund, email customer support at hello@danceyourselffit.com. Refund requests will be processed based on the following criteria:
a. 100% refund of your payment if cancellation request is submitted at least 90 days before the start of the event (14th of May 2025).
b. 50% refund of your payment if cancellation request is submitted 60 to 89 days before the start of the event.
c. NO REFUND if cancellation request is submitted no more than 59 days before the start of the event.

Q. Can I book the event offline?
All bookings must be made online in advance.
Q. Is there an age limit to attend?
You must be at least 18 years old to attend the event.
Q. Do you have to be a DYF member in order to attend the event?
Invitations to the wellness retreat will initially be sent to DYF members. As a DYF member, if you wish to make an additional booking for a spouse, partner, family member or friend, by all means, you are welcome to do so!
