c. Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained in our website;

d. Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the material;

e. Transfering the material to another person or 'mirror' the material on any other server;

f. Teaching the course content or any other form of Dance Yourself Fit™ LIVE ONLINE material unless you have prior permission in writing by Dance Yourself Fit™ to do so;

g. Incorporating any of the proprietary content in any other dance fitness classes.

3. By booking DYF LIVE ONLINE™ for a one-time VIP PLATINUM annual membership fee, you will be granted access to our online course for a period of one (1) year starting on the date that you booked the program.

4. If you subscribe to our monthly subscription plan, you will retain access to the online course content as long as you continuously maintain an active subscription to our program

5. All live sessions will be accessible via Zoom. A recording of each live session will be published inside the members area at the conclusion of each live zoom and will remain accessible for a period of 7 consecutive days. After the 7-day period expires, the recording will be removed from the members area.

c. Exercise is not without its risks and the exercise may result in injury. As with any exercise program, if you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort at any point during your workout, you should stop immediately and consult a medical professional. 

d. Dance routines are at the participant's own risk and Dance Yourself Fit™ LIVE ONLINE will not be held responsible for any injury caused to participants while undergoing our programs. 

In no event shall Dance Yourself Fit™ LIVE ONLINE or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the material on its website, even if Dance Yourself Fit™ LIVE ONLINE or a company-authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Refund Policy & Cancellations

a. We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee that will apply to the initial enrolment fee. After the 30-day period has lapsed, no refund will be given. You must email hello@danceyourselffit.com to request a refund.

b. Once you are enrolled in our monthly subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a request to cancel via email to hello@danceyourselffit.com. Refunds will not be applied to subscription payments unless there is a specific reason to do so. This will be dealt with on an individual basis and should be emailed to hello@danceyourselffit.com

c. If we do not receive a request to cancel, you will be liable for any outstanding subscription fees on your account. If you miss a subscription payment, your access to the course will be suspended until successful payment is made. You will be emailed links to make the payment and set up your subscription again, so please check your inbox regularly for communications.

d. Upon cancellation or suspension of the account, you will no longer have access to our program, which includes access to our private membership website, closed Facebook group and any other course content made available to actively-subscribed enrollees. Your online account will be closed until such time you wish to re-subscribe.
