By purchasing a coupon code from this order form, you agree to both our PRIVACY POLICY and the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Purchaser is entitled to buy a maximum of 5 (five) coupon codes only.

2. You will receive an email notification containing your coupon code/s in the next few days after purchase.

3. To redeem a coupon code, type or copy-paste the code in the space provided on our online booking page when booking a class term.

4. If the value of the coupon code is MORE THAN the price of a class term, the remaining balance maybe used to apply for another term of classes. When you are ready to redeem the remaining balance, email Customer Support at hello@danceyourselffit.com for assistance and our team will issue a new coupon code amounting to the remaining balance that you may then use to book a class term.

5. Purchase of a coupon code/s is non-refundable. However, in the event that Dance Yourself Fit is unable to open classes at a venue in your area, we will honour a request for refund within 1 (one) year upon purchase of the coupon code/s. To request a refund, email Customer Support at hello@danceyourselffit.com.

6. Dance Yourself Fit shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

7. Dance Yourself Fit accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. Dance Yourself Fit assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then Dance Yourself Fit may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the coupon.

8. Dance Yourself Fit reserves the right to discontinue a coupon code at any time.
