WHAT IS THE CLASS SCHEDULE AND HOW WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?

Sessions will be scheduled throughout a 24-hour period. Most sessions will be delivered LIVE via zoom.  We will provide you the Zoom join links ahead of time.

Click on our PROGRAM CALENDAR HERE and select your local time zone to view what dates/times the live zooms will fall on in your country.

To join a live zoom, simply click on the link that we provide, and the Zoom app will open on your computer or device and "Voila!" You are in. Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Zoom app on your device.

Please note that if you are unable to join the live zooms, the recordings will be uploaded inside the members area and will remain available for viewing for a period of 7 days. The Challenge can benefit everyone! We can accommodate adults of all ages, dance ability, and fitness levels with no partner required!

WHAT CLOTHES/SHOES SHOULD I WEAR AND WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE CLASS? 

Nice and comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely is recommended. Runners on your feet are good and don’t forget to bring a towel and bottle of water!

I HAVEN'T DONE ANY EXERCISE IN YEARS. WILL THE SESSIONS BE HIGH-ENERGY OR LEISURE-PACED?

Some sessions are high energy. However, everyone can go at their own pace to suit their own fitness level.

1. ALL BOOKINGS FOR THE EVENT MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH DANCE YOURSELF FIT.

2. Please note that if you book a room directly with Sol Marbella Estepona, we will not furnish separate pricing nor provide any means for you to pay for and participate in the planned wellness activities nor take part in the entertainment programs, meals and other inclusions as specified in the Schedule of Activities.

3. Furthermore, once the event is fully booked, we will no longer accommodate additional bookings. This includes any attempt by individuals who book the hotel directly with the intent of joining the Wellness Retreat.

4. Therefore, secure your event booking exclusively with Dance Yourself Fit only. We have strictly instituted a block booking arrangement with the hotel and will not accommodate any individuals who make external arrangements as described above.

5. Event price will cover the cost of a TWIN ROOM. By booking the event, you agree to share the room with a fellow attendee. Please note that all double rooms will have two single beds.

6. Dance Yourself Fit will be responsible in pairing you with a fellow attendee with whom you will share the room.

7. If you are attending the event with your spouse, partner, family member or friend, we will endeavour to pair you together in the same room.

8. EVENT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHTS NOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS TO AND FROM THE HOTEL.

9. Please refer to our REFUND POLICY below:

To request a refund, email customer support at hello@danceyourselffit.com. Refund requests will be processed based on the following criteria:

a. 100% refund of your payment if cancellation request is submitted at least 90 days before the start of the event (14th of May 2025).

b. 50% refund of your payment if cancellation request is submitted 60 to 89 days before the start of the event.

c. NO REFUND if cancellation request is submitted no more than 59 days before the start of the event.

All bookings must be made online in advance.

Q. Do you have to be a DYF member in order to attend the event?

Invitations to the wellness retreat will initially be sent to DYF members. As a DYF member, if you wish to make an additional booking for a spouse, partner, family member or friend, by all means, you are welcome to do so!

Q. Where is The Grafton Capital Hotel?

The hotel is located at 32 Stephen Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 WV05.



Q. Will parking be available?

Parking is available at Q-Park St Stephens Green and at Drury Street, 36/27 Drury St, Dublin D02 YK20.


Q. What is the Refund Policy?

We will honour refund requests up to 10 days prior to the start of the one-day event. After this period lapses, which will be after the 1st of June, we will no longer be in a position to process refunds. To request a refund, email customer support at hello@danceyourselffit.com.


Q. Will the cost of the ticket cover accommodation, food and drinks?

MORNING SESSIONS (Ticket price €20)
- The cost of the ticket does not cover coffee at The Tram Shed.

EVENING SESSIONS (Ticket price €40)
- The cost of the ticket does not cover accommodation and drinks. Finger food included in ticket price.


Q. How many people will be at this Event?

We are releasing 150 tickets for the event as part of the pre-launch.


Q. When will I be able to purchase a ticket? Can I buy a ticket to the MORNING SESSIONS only?

1) The EVENING SESSIONS tickets will become available for purchase starting 10am on Friday, 19th of May.

2) The MORNING SESSIONS tickets, on the other hand, will be exclusively available for purchase for those who booked an EVENING SESSIONS ticket. 

3) Starting on the 26th of May, any remaining tickets left will be converted to MORNING SESSIONS tickets and will be made available for purchase separately for those who wish to attend the morning sessions only.


Q. Can I purchase a ticket onsite on the day of the event?

At this moment, all tickets must be purchased online in advance.


Q. Will DYF be responsible for booking hotel room/s on my behalf?

No, we will not be responsible for making any bookings. Please note that booking a ticket does not guarantee a room at the hotel. Booking a hotel room must be booked separately and will be your sole responsibility to arrange.


Q. I am unable to book a room at The Grafton Capital Hotel. Are there alternative hotels nearby?
