1. ALL BOOKINGS FOR THE EVENT MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH DANCE YOURSELF FIT.

2. Please note that if you book a room directly with Sol Marbella Estepona, we will not furnish separate pricing nor provide any means for you to pay for and participate in the planned wellness activities nor take part in the entertainment programs, meals and other inclusions as specified in the Schedule of Activities.

3. Furthermore, once the event is fully booked, we will no longer accommodate additional bookings. This includes any attempt by individuals who book the hotel directly with the intent of joining the Wellness Retreat.

4. Therefore, secure your event booking exclusively with Dance Yourself Fit only. We have strictly instituted a block booking arrangement with the hotel and will not accommodate any individuals who make external arrangements as described above.

5. By booking a TWIN ROOM, you agree to share the room with a fellow attendee. Please note that all twin rooms will have two single beds.

6. Dance Yourself Fit will be responsible in pairing you with a fellow attendee with whom you will share the room.

7. If you are attending the event with your spouse, partner, family member or friend, we will endeavour to pair you together in the same room.

8. EVENT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHTS OR AIRPORT TRANSFERS TO AND FROM THE HOTEL.

What is the refund policy?

To request a refund, email customer support at hello@danceyourselffit.com. Refund requests will be processed based on the following criteria:

a. 100% refund of your payment if cancellation request is submitted at least 90 days (on or before Thursday, 19th of February 2026) before the start of the event on the 20th of May 2026

b. 50% refund of your payment if cancellation request is submitted 60 to 89 days (from Friday, 20th of February to Saturday, 21st of March 2026) before the start of the event on the 20th of May 2026.

c. NO REFUND if cancellation request is submitted no more than 59 days (on or after Sunday, 22nd of March 2026) before the start of the event on the 20th of May 2026.

Where is Sol Marbella Estepona, Atalaya Park, Spain?

Sol Marbella Estepona is located at Atalaya Park, Spain, which is approximately 63 kilometers away from Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport.


Whilst Dance Yourself Fit is not responsible for your transfers to and from the hotel, we will provide limited assistance to attendees who are traveling in different areas to organise transfers and cheapen the cost for them by traveling together.

Can I book the event offline?

All bookings must be made online in advance.

I might feel out of place since I am traveling alone and am not acquainted with anyone else attending the retreat. Any advice?

The retreat is designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment, and we do everything we can to make sure you feel comfortable from the start.

Before the retreat, we will add you to a private Facebook group where you can connect with fellow attendees, introduce yourself, and get to know others ahead of time.

We offer different room options! You can book a Twin Room with a friend, be paired with a Room Buddy, or choose a Single Room if you prefer your own space.

To make your travel easier, we can arrange airport transfers, so you will not have to worry about navigating on your own.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed by familiar faces! Our DYF team and fellow guests will be there to greet you!

The retreat is structured to encourage connection, with group activities and shared experiences that help everyone bond naturally.

Our DYF team is there to support you throughout, ensuring you feel included and part of the community.

Most importantly, you will not be the only one coming alone! Many of our past attendees arrived solo and left with incredible new friendships!

Will the retreat schedule be too busy? I’m worried I won’t have enough time to relax.

Not at all! Our retreat is designed with the perfect balance of structured activities and personal downtime. You can join as many or as few sessions as you’d like. This is your retreat, and you are free to move at your own pace. Whether you want to dance, unwind by the pool, or simply soak in the beautiful surroundings, there is plenty of time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the experience in a way that feels right for you.

Is there an age limit to attend?

You must be at least 18 years old to attend the event.

Do you have to be a DYF member in order to attend the event?

Invitations to the wellness retreat will initially be sent to DYF members. As a DYF member, if you wish to make an additional booking for a spouse, partner, family member or friend, by all means, you are welcome to do so!

Q. Where is The Grafton Capital Hotel?

The hotel is located at 32 Stephen Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 WV05.



Q. Will parking be available?

Parking is available at Q-Park St Stephens Green and at Drury Street, 36/27 Drury St, Dublin D02 YK20.


Q. What is the Refund Policy?

We will honour refund requests up to 10 days prior to the start of the one-day event. After this period lapses, which will be after the 1st of June, we will no longer be in a position to process refunds. To request a refund, email customer support at hello@danceyourselffit.com.


Q. Will the cost of the ticket cover accommodation, food and drinks?

MORNING SESSIONS (Ticket price €20)
- The cost of the ticket does not cover coffee at The Tram Shed.

EVENING SESSIONS (Ticket price €40)
- The cost of the ticket does not cover accommodation and drinks. Finger food included in ticket price.


Q. How many people will be at this Event?

We are releasing 150 tickets for the event as part of the pre-launch.


Q. When will I be able to purchase a ticket? Can I buy a ticket to the MORNING SESSIONS only?

1) The EVENING SESSIONS tickets will become available for purchase starting 10am on Friday, 19th of May.

2) The MORNING SESSIONS tickets, on the other hand, will be exclusively available for purchase for those who booked an EVENING SESSIONS ticket. 

3) Starting on the 26th of May, any remaining tickets left will be converted to MORNING SESSIONS tickets and will be made available for purchase separately for those who wish to attend the morning sessions only.


Q. Can I purchase a ticket onsite on the day of the event?

At this moment, all tickets must be purchased online in advance.


Q. Will DYF be responsible for booking hotel room/s on my behalf?

No, we will not be responsible for making any bookings. Please note that booking a ticket does not guarantee a room at the hotel. Booking a hotel room must be booked separately and will be your sole responsibility to arrange.


Q. I am unable to book a room at The Grafton Capital Hotel. Are there alternative hotels nearby?
