Dance Yourself Fit was born from a love for dance and a passion for inspiring and motivating adults of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy all the benefits dancing has to offer!
Niall Newman, our founder, is a former international dance sports competitor who has traveled the world, danced on the international circuit, and coached and adjudicated at the highest level.
Niall retired from the glitz and glam of the world of Ballroom in 2005 to start a family and focus on life coaching and personal development.
Now happily married to Kate with three beautiful girls, Niall decided to dust off his old dancing shoes in 2019 and pair his life coaching skills to create Dance Yourself fit!

7 Week Wellness Transformation
Our 7-WEEK WELLNESS TRANSFORMATION will inspire, educate, motivate and change people's lives like never before! All our workshops, workouts, and check-ins will be delivered live on Zoom as we want to create that connection and community support, the energy in real-time so it makes it even more fun and enjoyable.
Don't worry if you can make it to all the lives, as all sessions will be recorded and placed inside your member's area so you can watch at a time that suits you!
We have over 7 hours per week of live coaching and classes per week covering all aspects of fitness and wellness including workouts like Dance and Burn, strength and condition sessions, Salutation Yoga, Bums and Tums, Stretch and Mobility, Cook-alongs, Guided Meditations, Turbo Step Challenge, Mindset & Goal Setting and weekly workshop with our nutrition therapist Ulrika Gervais who will be covering weekly meal plans and so much more!
